Knowledge Transfer Meeting at Tulane University

On September 10th 2019 Anita Thaler and Jennifer Dahmen-Adkins had the opportunity to meet with colleagues of The Carolyn Barber-Pierre Center for Intercultural Life at Tulane University in New Orleans/USA.
Together they discussed how diversity, equity and inclusion should be integrated parts of social just higher education and research organisations.

27.6.-28.6. 2019: CREATING SYNERGIES BETWEEN PROJECTS IN CENTRAL & EASTERN EUROPE REGION

Change project continues in creating synergies between gender projects also in Central & Eastern Europe region. Slovak CHANGE team member Veronika Mešková participated in the Community of Practice Inauguration and Networking Event held in Krakow on the 27th and 28th June.

It was pleasure to meet colleagues from other universities and institutions and share among us our experience and obstacles we face in the process of gender equality plans (GEP) implementation.

GeinCee Sharing Hub Tool was tested. We hope this tool will provide us support by the smooth implementation of ur GEPs.

Meeting between Teresa Carvalho and Lígia Amâncio (UAVR activities)

The portugese team leaders of CHANGE, Teresa Carvalho and Lígia Amâncio, met on June 6 in Lisbon to exchange information and share experiences on the projects. This meeting came as a result of the efforts of the Portuguese CHANGE team to create synergies and partnerships with sister projects to facilitate and improve, directly and/or indirectly, the implementation of Gender Equality Plans in Research Performing Organizations.
